This is just somewhere for me to keep track of the assorted amusing things I’ve heard about myself. I’ve omitted the more incriminating ones though, this is too public a space.
Russell Stadler:
- ate food out of a trashcan.
- grew a large bushy “death beard” while living in India.
- built a blowgun to shoot water tipped darts for a game of assassins.
- lived in a van for two months before college.
- woke up in the middle of the night to consume an entire tub of cottage cheese in secret while at a friends house
Status: Confirmed - There’s a story here, but I’m sure it’s more amusing to imagine.
Status: Denied - alas, rumors of my facial hair growth were greatly exaggerated.
Status: Confirmed - but I never successfully used it.
Status: Confirmed - with some qualification: all my stuff was in a beat up Aerostar, and I was moving from friend’s house to friend’s house to relative for a while.
Status: Denied. None of the people who were there believe me, but it’s still just a story. Why would I do that?
