The last couple days it has been warm and more polluted than usual. Perhaps there is something affecting the people, maybe it’s just warm weather and sun, Id on’t know, but on the way into work this morning, in the last leg on the shuttle from the subway to the office, I saw some new things out through the windows of the bus.

On one block, there was a strange sight of a big pack of professional-looking people, jogging around the block. This struck me as odd for a number of reasons, first, I’ve never seen a big pack of people jogging here. Second, they were all wearing work clothing like suits, button-up shirts, slacks, etc.

Also new was the straggler puking on the sidewalk. That was a strange sight too, this morning. All just on the way to work as I stared out the window. Today is going to be a strange day, I suspect.
