me: What’s going to happen, in my imagined scenario at least, is I’m going to go in, and make clear I want a haircut, and that’ll be ok, then I’ll get sit down, and then they’ll be like, what do you want, except I’ll be like “huh?” and they’ll be like “uhhh how long?” and I’ll give some random length with my fingers and they’ll look and say ok and start cutting and then it’ll be time to roll the dice.
