Actually it’s about 45 minutes before I’m going to head downstairs, hop in a cab to the airport and begin the very long trip from my parents sweet apartment in Beijing to my own grotty apartment in Chicago.

The break doesn’t feel like it’s been short, though in spite of that, I feel like I didn’t get enough things done. I’m not even sure what kinds of things Iwould have liked to have done, I just feel like by doing nearly nothing at all, I certainly missed something.

Well, I’m going to go eat some lunch while I’ve still got time. This whole return to Chicago thing has got me a bit bummed.
